Could you confirm whether the Apple Store in Dresden has it available and whether I need to book a fitting appointment?

one thing I would look into would be a lot of people had to make american apple accounts to purchase in the visio pro app store, if the same holds true for a czech using a german vision pro then that would cause inconveniences for you
but they might require you to have an appleID based in a country they sell the visio pro in,
if it was me then I would check that before spending that much money in a country you do not live in.
Apple sell AVP at EU (not at Czechia), so Apple ID cant be USA region.
