Static noise in left Airpods Pro 2 - How to fix this?

I have the AirPods Pro 2 with MagSafe Charging Case (USB-C) and I cleaned both airpods a week or so ago, without the ear tips and ever since then my left airpod is messed up. There is some kind of constant static noise or a sound which sounds like white noise/sound of waves. I've tried everything from cleaning the airpod again, to testing with and without NC and Transparency and even resetting the airpods but no luck. I've used it with music and videos but the constant noise is still there.
