At #Dior, we weave creativity with sustainability.
The House of Dior is proud to celebrate the 4th edition of ‘Open Windows,’ an initiative born from the LVMH DARE program, which continues to mobilize and inspire Dior teams around a shared ambition: reinventing the life cycle of Visual Merchandising elements through a more circular, responsible, and innovative model. Hosted in Paris, this new edition brought together nearly 1,000 Dior and LVMH visitors, as well as over 60 dedicated volunteers, reflecting the collective engagement of #DiorTalents in bringing this initiative to life.
Through an eco-responsible sale of decorative window and visual elements, ‘Open Windows’ offers these creations a second life, while raising awareness around circularity and sustainable practices. As a non-profit initiative, proceeds from the sale are fully donated to a partner organization, reinforcing its positive social impact. The event was enriched by a series of talks by Dior and LVMH leaders, fostering dialogue on key topics such as upcycling, inclusion, and social engagement.
Aligned with Dior’s #DreamInGreen strategy (across Biodiversity, Climate, Circularity, and Engagement), the initiative continues to grow, with upcoming editions in Hong Kong and Shanghai.
Alice DEY, VM Purchasing and Compliance Manager, shares: ‘This event in Paris reinforces the initiative’s growing momentum: we are building a more sustainable future, one piece at a time.’
‘Giving all these items a second life is a collective triumph. We celebrate this success with all participants and the dedicated volunteers who made it happen,’ adds Frédéric BRIOT, VM Operations Director.
