2.2 Your internet service provider or mobile operator may impose charges. You are responsible for them.

3.3 We may deem your account inactive if not used for more than 180 days and reserve the right to delete inactive accounts.

3.6 When you purchase virtual goods or virtual money you are buying a license to use them. You do not own them.

3.7 No refunds will be given if you purchase virtual goods or virtual money.

4.11 Subscriptions

Optional subscription "Premium Upgrade" is available to unlock Premium Features. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis.

Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

All Subscriptions may be final and non-refundable. Funn Media may change, modify, or eliminate features of the Subscription at any time, with or without notice.

5. Breaching These Terms

5.1 We may delete your account or restrict your access if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

5.2 You are responsible for any losses or harm we incur as a result of any breach by you.

6. Disclaimer

6.1 We are not responsible for losses or harm not caused by our negligence, not reasonably foreseeable, caused by loss of data or computer failure, or caused by your breach of these Terms.

6.2 Your consumer legal rights are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.

6.3 TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, FUNN MEDIA DOES NOT GUARANTEE OR WARRANT THAT ANY CONTENT YOU MAY STORE OR ACCESS THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL NOT BE SUBJECT TO INADVERTENT DAMAGE, CORRUPTION, LOSS, OR REMOVAL.
