Description

Outward 2 is a challenging action RPG with survival elements focusing on a believable and relatable experience. There is no hand holding, no leveled encounters, no divine gift making you tower over your enemies. Eat your meal, check your map, grab your backpack: a fulfilling adventure awaits.

Life as an adventurer is perilous.
It’s not just creatures and brigands that threaten you. Hunger, illness, and the elements are all part of your journey into the vast regions of Aurai. But with sufficient preparation, even ordinary people can achieve extraordinary things. Your victories will be earned, not handed to you.

Explore the vast region of Aurai at your own pace.
With no fast travel and no magic map telling you where you are, Outward 2 rewards true exploration. Our dynamic and seasonal weather system means you’ll need to adapt to the changing seasons and weather hazards.

Improved Combat System
We built on Outward’s combat system to give you the best fighting experience we can. In Outward 2, the number of skills you can learn is limited. Choose the way you want to live your adventure. Will you be a powerful warrior, a deadly ranged bowman entrenched behind your traps or magic-wielding mage boosting your power through sigils?

Sharing is caring! Single Player / Co-op / Split-Screen!
Just like in Outward, you can enjoy your adventure cooperatively online or locally with Split-Screen! And whilst single player adventuring is at the very core of Outward 2, we thought "why limit the enjoyment?" Players can, if they desire, double the fun...(or double the trouble, maybe more apt), and play together!
