Duplicate log message "logger":"proxy.domain-fronting" ?

I have log records like this:

There are two JSON records in one string.
For easy comparison, here are the two JSON records separated:

{"level":"debug","client-ip":"216.73.216.59","stream-id":"i2W45TRfIfhIgmWRo7L0YQ","logger":"proxy.domain-fronting","timestamp":1774916841557,"message":"telegram -> client has been finished"}

This looks unclear to me because the only difference is the word order in the message field.

Is this intentional and meaningful, or just a mis$(put a proper word here)?

I decided to check some usage statistics and wrote the simple script. It shows the sorted count of streams by client address from the current log.

P.S. This was tested only on FreeBSD.
