This task is to add a similar help tip on archive.org links to books that are only available for borrowing, explaining how to sign up for a free account and begin borrowing. You might want to link to their official explanation here: https://help.archive.org/help/borrowing-from-the-lending-library/
The current trick for identifying a link that is an archive.org borrow link as opposed to a download link is to see if the external_url contains /mode/ (see the content links include line 1). Note also that this new details element should also be gated on the showworldcat flag in that include.
