You say you've launched the TdExample application (meaning you have built it), but then you say you've seen a message "The application could not be built on an Intel computer".

First, this is not true, this library and the example application can be built on an Intel-powered computer. I do it all the time, and our CI does this all the time, after each commit.

How to build a library for all platforms and processors?

This is pure C# code, you just do dotnet build and that's it.

It is possible that you are having some problem with tdlib.native, but

1. That's a separate library living in a different repository.
2. We don't know about any issues with cross-platform build in that either. As far as I know, it works on all the supported platforms (Linux/Windows x86-64, macOS AArch64+x86-64).
