Not Able to Get in my HacktoberFest Account #176827

Once a GitHub account is deleted, all its linked authorizations, including Hacktoberfest connections, are permanently lost. Hacktoberfest identifies users through their GitHub ID, not just the email address, so even if you recreated the same username or used the same email, it will be treated as a completely new account. You won’t be able to recover the old Hacktoberfest account because it was tied to your deleted GitHub ID. The best option now is to sign in to Hacktoberfest using your new GitHub account and start fresh. If you want to remove the old Hacktoberfest record, you can contact Hacktoberfest support through their official site or email support@hacktoberfest.com, explain that your previous GitHub account was deleted, and request to unlink or delete the old entry. Once done, connect your new GitHub account to Hacktoberfest, and it should work normally. |

I had a GitHub account with username "iAwaisK," linked to my Hacktoberfest account. My GitHub account had two email addresses associated: an education email and a personal one. Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted this GitHub account and couldn't recover it. So, I created a new GitHub account with the username "iAwaisKhan." and same mail address .Now, when I try to access my Hacktoberfest account, it shows an error. How can I recover my original Hacktoberfest account? If recovery isn't possible, how can I delete the old Hacktoberfest account and link the Hacktoberfest profile to my new GitHub account?
