Account permanently suspended for trying to apply for Education Benefits

Hi everyone,

About a week ago, I started looking into applying for Education Benefits. I applied twice, and both times I was denied without explanation, as shown in the screenshots. Then, I recently submitted a support ticket to see what they would say, and they told me my account has been permanently suspended for fraud. I don't understand why, since I submitted my student ID and tuition and fees receipt. I hope to resolve this somehow so I can apply again.
