Blue bubble hides cursor vertical line

Here we see this blue bubble, but nobody ever thought that one might want to place it after the last word.
You see there's just no way to get the curse after that last word without invoking the text editor below.

Oh I see, the blue bubble is actually hiding most of the cursor vertical line!

I thought it was pointing to the line above it.

Never mind.

But do change that bubble so it doesn't look like it's pointing to the line above it please.

Actually, the GitHub app has totally blown it. Allowance to see a better picture of the world, here in the LINE app.

The cursor is indeed upon the "h" and the green bubble doesn't sit on top of it, but is in its correct position one line below it!

We can see the problem even more clearly back in the GitHub app,

Here with the two bubbles it makes a little more sense. But with the one bubble it's completely misleading.

This got worse recently. The blue bubble now appears two lines above the cursor. 😕
