The reality is that posting in a community discussion won't get a repository taken down because the moderators there don't have the authority to remove content based on a thread. GitHub has a very specific legal and security process for handling malware or "dual-use" tools like webshells.

If you want this repository removed, you need to use the official Report Content tool. Go to the repository page, click the three dots (...) in the top right, and select Report repository. Choose the "Malware or exploits" or "Harmful content" category. This sends the link directly to the GitHub Trust & Safety and Security teams, who can then verify if it violates the Terms of Service.

Reporting it through the proper channel is the only way to get a human reviewer to investigate the code and the hosted .txt files. Dealing with it there is much more effective than a public discussion post.
