Account is flagged, but have no way to appeal

Hi everyone,

My GitHub account has been flagged and I'm unable to find any way to appeal it.

What happened:

• My account shows as flagged
• I tried to set up GPG commit signing, and the key is uploaded, but commits show "Unverified" — which I suspect is related to the flag

What I've tried (all blocked):

• https://github.com/contact/account-flag-appeal — page won't load
• https://support.github.com — can't access the form
• Emailing support@github.com — bounced back with "message blocked"
• Phone verification — my number is from Hong Kong (+852), but this country code isn't available in the dropdown

I'm not aware of any ToS violation. If someone from GitHub can help or point me to the right channel, I'd really appreciate it.
