Student Developer Pack verification repeatedly rejected due to alleged name mismatch

Hi everyone,

I need help with my GitHub Student Developer Pack verification.

I have applied multiple times, but my application is always rejected with the following reason:

"We were unfortunately not able to verify your academic status. Please ensure that your academic affiliation document contains your first and last name exactly as they appear in your GitHub billing information."

However, I have already verified that everything matches exactly.

My information is:

• GitHub Profile Name: Kunal Singh Mandhan
• GitHub Billing Information:

• First Name: Kunal Singh
• Last Name: Mandhan
  • Academic Documents (Student ID/Enrollment Proof): Kunal Singh Mandhan

There are no spelling differences, nicknames, or abbreviations. I have also updated my GitHub profile, logged out, logged back in, and submitted a new application several times, but it continues to be rejected with the same message.

Has anyone experienced this issue before? Is there something else GitHub checks that could cause the verification to fail even when the names match?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
