Github Actions disabled for my account long time ago, I need to re-enable github actions (I followed Github TOS).

I want to re-enable github actions and I followed Github ToS, so I can try features that needs Github actions again.

I can't know how to open ticket related to actions issues because i can't see any support options on Actions.
