Android: Select or remember accounts per repository or organization

I use separate personal and work GitHub accounts in the Android app.

Some private organizations are accessible only through my work account. Repositories outside the work account’s allowed organizations should use my personal account because the work account cannot comment or react there.

GitHub Mobile currently uses one global active account, so I must switch repeatedly and can easily act through the wrong identity.

Requested behavior:

1. If only one signed-in account can access a repository, use it.
2. Otherwise, use the account I previously selected for that repository or organization.
3. Otherwise, default to my personal account.

Apply these rules when opening repositories through in-app navigation, shared links, or notifications.

Also:

• Clearly show which account will be used before commenting, reacting, reviewing, or merging.
• If the current account cannot perform an action, offer a one-tap switch without losing what I have typed.

Account selection should be repository-aware instead of purely global.
