Hello, I want to create an org named "DragonwingOSS" to distribute Android kernels for the community (FOSS). Can I do it? Since I recently learnt that "Qualcomm Dragonwing" is a trademarked product from qcom for edgeAI, IOT , etc compute services. Note : I found some users with the name dragonwing (even just "dragonwing")

I think you can, but I'd be a bit careful.

Dragonwing is already a Qualcomm trademark, so while DragonwingOSS is different, it could still cause confusion since Android kernels are related to Qualcomm devices.

The fact that other GitHub users have dragonwing in their usernames doesn't necessarily mean the name is free to use or that there won't be trademark issues in the future.

If you decide to use it, I'd make it clear that the project is an independent community effort and not affiliated with Qualcomm. If you're looking for a long-term project name, choosing something more unique is probably the safer option.

For example, you could keep the "dragon" theme without using the exact trademark:

• DragonKernel
• WingForge
• EmberWing
• DragonFlight
• WyvernOSS
• DraconicOSS
• SkyWingOSS
