Hi everyone,

Hi GitHub Support Team,

My student application (@Chetan-1210) keeps getting automatically rejected by the automated OCR system with the error: "The image you selected does not appear to contain your school name."

I am a Class 11 student in Punjab, India enrolled at GSSS Boys Pathankot under the National Means Cum Merit Scholarship (NSP 2.0).

My official NSP Renewal Document clearly displays:

• Student Name: Chetan
• Present Institute: GSSS BOYS PATHANKOT
• Class: XI
• Application Date: 25-07-2026

The automated OCR appears to be tripping up on the state portal's formatted address string (GSSS BOYS PATHANKOT , GSSS BOYS, PATHANKOT...).

Could a support team member please conduct a brief manual review of my verification application on backend?
