Initial Zephyr RTOS port for ESP32-S3-BOX-3 board

Hi,

We are pleased to announce the initial public release of our Zephyr RTOS port for the ESP32-S3-BOX-3 development board.

This work focuses on enabling Zephyr support for ESP32-S3-BOX-3 by building on upstream Zephyr infrastructure and reusing existing mainline drivers wherever possible.

The initial release includes:

• Board definition and basic bring-up for ESP32-S3-BOX-3
• Support for core peripherals required for board operation
• Display and touch integration validated using an LVGL-based sample
• Bluetooth and WiFi validation using an LVGL-based sample
• Sample applications to validate functionality and assist with testing

This repository currently tracks our development branch (zephyr-esp32s3-box-3) and is intended for early evaluation and feedback.
We are actively working towards refining the implementation, improving documentation, and aligning the changes for potential upstream submission.

We would greatly appreciate feedback from the community regarding:

• Board definition and DTS structure
• Driver reuse and integration approach
• Any gaps, issues, or improvements needed for upstream readiness
