games/vamos: undeprecate the port, update to latest version

- Update to version 0.8.2 which uses Boost via Python bindings
- Cleanup the Makefile from various artifacts of the past
- Replace manual stripping with INSTALL_TARGET=install-strip
  and absolute symlink with relative one per stage QA report
