Noteに新しい記事を書きました。「社会監査の是正行動計画とは」 記事そのものは、監査を受けるサプライヤー向けに書いています。一方、ブランド企業側でも、SAQでも社会監査でも、是正をしっかりしないと、再発することへの認識が重要と思います。特に労働安全衛生や消防では、根本的原因の解消に繋がらない、急いだ是正計画を承認してしまうことは、将来深刻な事態を招く可能性があると感じたこともあります。監査を要求する側としても、問題の本質を理解し、サプライヤーと協働し、粘り強く改善を実現していくノウハウを蓄積していくことが大切だと思います。 I wrote a new article on Note: "What is a Corrective Action Plan for a Social Audit?", although it is only in Japanese. The article itself is aimed at suppliers undergoing audits. However, I believe it's important for brand companies, whether they're undergoing an SAQ or a social audit, to recognize that failure to properly correct issues will lead to recurrence. In particular, in the areas of occupational safety and health and fire safety, I've felt that approving a hasty corrective plan that doesn't address the root cause could lead to serious problems in the future. For my SEO Folks! Sharing a great post by Tomoko Takahashi from Ayudante, Inc. where she discusses the value of she calls SEO Study Sessions. In this article she covers her recent "Lightning Talk" at the FOUND conference in Tokyo this year. What's great about this article is that she covers many of the big roadblocks SEO's still face in-house or in the agency world such as leadership's buy-in, stakeholder alignment but also speaking a common language to build understanding. I think this is an outstanding article for those very reasons, as it provides lots of great ideas on how to break the proverbial log jams we've all ran into and get great work moving forward. Highly recommend a read by my #SEO connections - some great ideas here you just may want to adopt yourself.

Prediction #1: Marketers' Mindshare of Amazon Advertising Will "Skyrocket" In 2026, Amazon Advertising will surge in prominence as a "top-priority media channel" for marketers. The driving force behind this shift is Amazon's completion of what can be considered the world's only "purchase-driven ecosystem" that integrates advertising, inventory, logistics, and promotions into a unified platform. When ads are deployed, they immediately impact search rankings and Buy Box win rates, directly influencing sales and inventory turnover. This characteristic of "advertising = sales itself" is the primary reason why it's drawing in not only marketers but also sales departments focused on physical retail. Traditional advertising media had a disconnect between brand KPIs and actual sales. However, Amazon Advertising has achieved "full-funnel unified management," spanning from brand exposure (DSP) to purchase decisions (Sponsored Products) and even repeat purchase promotion (Amazon Marketing Cloud). Uniqlo: when tapping “Back” doesn’t actually take you back While browsing Uniqlo’s product catalog on mobile, I noticed a small navigation behavior that quietly breaks the browsing flow. What happens: A user scrolls through the product listing Opens a product detail page Taps the system Back button Ends up at the footer, not the previous scroll position in the catalog Why this is a problem: The user’s browsing context is lost Momentum is broken Extra scrolling is required just to get back to where they were This breaks a very strong user expectation: Back should return me to where I came from. Why it matters: Product discovery in e-commerce is rarely linear. Users compare, scan, open multiple products, and rely heavily on the Back action to navigate efficiently. When scroll position isn’t restored: exploration slows down cognitive load increases frustration quietly builds Why issues like this often go unnoticed Navigation technically “works”. There are no errors, no crashes, no obvious red flags in analytics. But usability issues caused by lost context rarely show up in dashboards — they show up in user fatigue. 🔎 China’s e-commerce giants Tmall and JD.com hold massive consumer data, yet many brands struggle to access it. This is especially challenging for CRM teams and sales associates trying to deliver true VIP experiences, significantly impacting the brand’s revenue. HUIYUANTONG could bridge this gap. But what is it, and how can brands leverage it to unlock real value?   For many brands expanding into China, establishing a presence on leading e-commerce platforms such as Tmall and JD.com is typically the STARTING point.   📊 These platforms provide IMMEDIATE access to a vast audience and rich campaign opportunities, enabling brands to build visibility and drive sales quickly.
