I don’t start my day by diving straight into Figma I start with clarity. ✅ First thing, I go through the design PRD (Product Requirement Document). I want to understand what’s being built, why it matters, and who it’s for. If anything feels unclear, I open ChatGPT and ask for clarification, sometimes I’ll have it simplify requirements, summarize flows, or even help me reframe user stories. It’s like having a thinking partner before the designing begins. ✅ Once I’m clear, I do some comparative research checking what similar platforms are doing, what they’re missing, and how I can make my client’s product stand out. I’m always looking for that small UX improvement that gives the design an edge. ✅ Next, I jump into Figjam AI (or sometimes Relume) to generate quick wireframes and sitemaps. This helps me visualize structure and flow before moving into visuals. ✅ Then comes one of my favorite parts: using UX Pilot AI With a clear and direct prompt, I generate screen designs that align perfectly with the PRD and flow. Once that’s done, I use the UX Pilot to Figma plugin to import those designs straight into Figma, where I make all the necessary design tweaks, refinements, and adjustments to match the final look and feel. ✅ After that, I’ll sometimes bring in Magician for Figma or Galileo AI for quick copy suggestions, color refinements, or icon generation, small touches that really make the design pop. The truth is, AI hasn’t replaced my creative process it’s amplified it. It helps me spend less time stuck on repetitive tasks and more time thinking about user experience, flow, and emotion. Great design still starts with clear thinking AI just helps me get there faster. PS: If you have a project idea and you’re looking for a designer to bring it to life, let’s talk! I love helping founders and teams turn product ideas into experiences users actually love. #AI #AItools #UXthinking #UX #Designthinking #Productdesign #Figjam #UXpilot #Relumeai #Magician #Galileoai #PRD

This PRD section took me 45 minutes to write manually. After changing my prompt approach: 8 minutes. Here's the before and after: BEFORE (my prompt): "Write a PRD section about the notification feature." Result: Generic template. Missing our context. Had to rewrite most of it. AFTER (my prompt): "Act as a senior PM at a B2B SaaS company. Write the Problem Statement section of a PRD for an in-app notification system. Context: We have 2,000 DAUs who currently miss important updates because they're buried in email. Churn data shows 23% cite 'missed updates' as a factor. Include: The core problem, who it affects, current workarounds, and why solving this matters now. Format: 200-300 words, conversational but professional tone." Result: 90% usable on first try. Minor tweaks only. The difference isn't magic. It's context. AI can't read your mind. But it can work with everything you give it. What PRD sections do you still write manually? #AI #ProductManagement #Productivity

Designing responsibly at UX Masterclass 2025! 🌱 Ukasyah Qodratillah Ananda Putra (Somia CX, Indonesia) delivered a Lightning Talk: “Beyond Metrics - Considering Unintended Consequences of UX to Build a More Sustainable Product.” Ukasyah presented a fintech case study about Indonesian youth, highlighting the importance of balancing business goals with user well-being. He emphasized anticipating unintended effects, such as stress or equity issues, to create products that are both effective and responsible. Key Takeaways: -Improving metrics in isolation can create larger systemic harm -Designers must consider long-term and cross-journey effects, not just local KPIs -Responsible UX means balancing business growth with user literacy, equity, and sustainability #SustainableProduct #EthicalDesign #WellbeingInTech #FinancialServicesUX #BeyondKPIs #UXMasterclass2025 #Conference

👌 If it looks good, it works well 🥇 🎨 Framing Effect & Halo Effect in UI/UX Design 🧠 Definition Framing Effect 🖼️ The way information is presented changes how it’s interpreted. → Same data, different emotional impact. Halo Effect 😇 One positive trait influences the entire judgment. → Users assume “if it looks good, it works well.” Together, these biases shape how users feel, trust, and act — even before they interact with your product. 📖 Storytime: The Case of the Stats & the Pretty App Imagine you’re comparing two health apps 🧘♂️. App A says: “90% of users improved their sleep.” App B says: “10% of users didn’t improve.” Same stat. But App A feels hopeful, while App B feels risky. That’s the Framing Effect. Now imagine App B has a gorgeous interface — smooth animations, elegant typography, calming colors. Suddenly, you trust it more. You assume it’s easier to use, more accurate, more professional. That’s the Halo Effect. Your brain just said: “It looks good → It must be good.” 🔍 Why These Biases Matter for Designers 1. Framing Effect 🖼️ What it does: Changes perception based on wording or visual emphasis. Where to use it: Success metrics → “90% success” > “10% failure” Feature descriptions → “Save time” > “Avoid delays” Error messages → “Let’s fix this together” > “You did something wrong” Design Tip: Frame with positivity, clarity, and user empowerment. 2. Halo Effect 😇 What it does: One good trait (usually visual) influences overall judgment. Where to use it: First impressions → Landing pages, onboarding screens UI polish → Typography, spacing, animations Branding → Colors, tone, microcopy Design Tip: Invest in visual quality — it builds trust before functionality is even tested. 🎮 Fun Analogy: The Dating App Trick 💘 You see two profiles. One says: “90% match!” → You swipe right. The other says: “10% mismatch.” → You hesitate. → Same data, different frame. Now imagine one profile has a stunning photo — well-lit, confident smile. → You assume they’re kind, smart, successful. That’s the Halo Effect. Design works the same way — your product’s first impression sets the tone for everything that follows. 🚀 Why This Matters in UX Without Framing, your product feels cold or confusing. Without Halo, your product may be judged unfairly. With both, you create interfaces that feel trustworthy, empowering, and emotionally intelligent. 🖼️ Framing Effect → Presentation shapes perception. 😇 Halo Effect → One good trait colors the whole experience. 🎨 Design Tip → Frame with clarity, polish with beauty.

PRD → UI/UX → decide before you build. For too long, product creation has been slowed by manual handoffs and lost context as PRDs move from product to design to engineering. Omniflow keeps the entire flow end-to-end and connected. Your PRD now flows directly into UI/UX design, generating real variations you can see, compare, and choose from - before writing code. No re-interpretation. No “that’s not what I meant.” Just shared context from idea to build. That’s how product creation should work. #UIUX #ProductDesign #ProductManagement #BuildInPublic #Omniflow
