The team explored the city’s command and control centre, the Namma 112 integrated emergency response system, and the Traffic Management Centre, examining how CCTV networks, ANPR systems, data analytics, and real-time traffic monitoring are used to prevent crime and manage emergencies at scale. The delegation appreciated Bengaluru’s quick emergency response times, women and child safety initiatives like safety islands, and large-scale crowd management during major events.
