Bricklistic Realty exists because we felt the real estate industry needed fewer salespeople and more people willing to have honest conversations. Sometimes those conversations end with a purchase. Over the last few months, I've noticed something interesting. Whenever I talk to people in their 20s or early 30s about buying property, many of them don't ask, "Which apartment should I buy?" Instead, they ask, "Is buying a plot a better investment?" A few years ago, this wasn't common. I think the mindset has changed. Most young buyers don't want to lock themselves into a huge home loan for a ready-made apartment. They want options. Buying a plot gives them exactly that. They can secure the land today and decide later when they actually want to build. It also feels like people are thinking beyond just owning a house. They're asking questions like: Will this location grow? Is a new expressway or metro coming? Can this property create better value in the next 10 years? That's a very different way of looking at real estate. I've also noticed that modern plotted townships have improved a lot. Wide roads, parks, security, proper infrastructure, and gated communities have made plots much more attractive than they used to be. Of course, apartments still make sense for many people, especially if you're looking for a home you can move into immediately. But if your goal is long-term wealth creation, flexibility, and having the freedom to build a home your own way, it's easy to understand why more young buyers are exploring plotted developments.
