The Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI) is the apex body of private real estate developers in India, established in 1999 with a vision to transform the Indian real estate landscape and promote the cause of housing and habitat. Representing over 13,000 developers across 230 city chapters in 20 states, CREDAI plays a pivotal role in policy formulation by voicing industry perspectives to key government ministries and agencies, including the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, NITI Aayog, BIS, and BEE. Navi Mumbai Study Tour | CREDAI National Emerging Cities Committee 65 members from across India came together on 21st & 22nd August 2026 for a two-day study tour of Navi Mumbai, one of the country’s fastest-growing real estate markets. The delegation visited landmark developments including Akshar Level 23, Paradise Sai World Empire, Regency Palms, Rustomjee Urbania and Arihant World Villas – gaining first-hand insight into premium residential projects, integrated townships, mixed-use developments and innovative project concepts shaping the city’s growth story. A sincere thank you to the CREDAI BANM Navi Mumbai team for their warm hospitality and seamless coordination – especially Mr. Rasik Chauhan (President), Mr. Chirag Shah (Vice President), Mr. Jigar Trivedi (Secretary), Mr. Zubin Sanghoi (Jt.
