A valuable professional learning experience! I had the opportunity to be part of the Secretarial Audit of Neyveli Uttar Pradesh Power Limited (NUPPL) along with CS Sukhmendra Kumar Sir and my colleague Anushka Saxena. Along with gaining practical exposure to corporate governance, statutory compliances and Secretarial Audit, we also got the opportunity to visit the thermal power plant. It was a wonderful learning experience to understand, practically, how electricity is generated in a thermal power plant and to see the entire process closely. Grateful to CS Sukhmendra Kumar Sir for his guidance and to CS Manish Mishra Sir for giving me this opportunity.
