Anil Singhvi reposted thisAnil Singhvi reposted thisFriends, we often believe that success is a result of "knowing more." We spend our lives accumulating information, data, and degrees. But I want to ask you a fundamental question today: How well do we know ourselves? On Mahaveer Jayanti, we reflect on the profound concept of Kevalya-absolute awareness. In my journey of building businesses and observing leadership across the globe, I have realized that Kevalya is not about gathering knowledge. It is about dissolving the noise that blocks our clarity. Most mistakes in leadership-and in life-are not due to a lack of intelligence. They happen because of a lack of awareness: -We react when we should reflect. -We speak when we should observe. -We chase outcomes without understanding our intent. In today’s fast-moving world, clarity is no longer a luxury. It is a massive competitive advantage. The more silent your mind, the sharper your decisions will be. To see things exactly as they are-not as we want them to be-is the highest form of mastery. This Mahaveer Jayanti, I urge you to step back from the noise and ask yourself: Am I thinking clearly, or just thinking constantly? Remember: The highest form of knowledge is not information. It is Awareness.

I spent around 43 months at BSE though it feels like my association was much longer. There was never a dull moment during this entire period. In fact being able to contribute and participate in turnaround story of BSE under the able leadership of MD&CEO has been truly experiential. On this very meaningful journey, there were many who guided us, many who supported us and many who made it happen. My sincere pranams and gratitude to every one. Special call out to continuous support that SEBI officials across ranks extended to BSE and to me. My heartfelt gratitude to them. Board of BSE, Committee members, MD&CEO, BSE team were all instrumental in development of BSE and my deepest gratitude to them for creating such a memorable journey. My sincere acknowledgements to Board members of CDSL, BSE Clearing and BSE Index services for wonderful association contributing to capital market eco system. I also am thankful to representatives of other MIIs who actively collaborated on developmental intitiatives at eco system level. Last two days have been filled with overwhelming emotions for the love and affection showered on me by all teams of BSE. I would really cherish the wonderful memories throughout my life.Thank you BSE team ! You rock ! Wishing everyone associated with my journey all the very best in times to come blessed with growth, prosperity, health and happiness. Signing off from BSE …,

An uncomplicated explanation of how regulation, derivatives and market structure impact investors.

Anil Singhvi liked thisIn conversation with Anil Singhvi on ZEE Business, the discussion focused on RBI’s relief on FCNR deposits and hedging costs for NRIs. FCNR deposits are tax free in India for NRIs, and lower hedging costs make this route even more attractive. India benefits from a strong NRI base, where money continues to flow back because of deep roots and confidence in the country. The point is simple. This can support inflows, improve sentiment, and add strength at a time when every dollar flow matters. #AnandRathiWealth #ISoldMyGold

Anil Singhvi liked thisAnil Singhvi liked thisIndia's flexible workspace sector is entering a new phase of maturity, one driven by GCC expansion, premiumisation, and increasingly capital-efficient growth models. I recently had an engaging conversation with Anil Singhvi on ZEE Business, where we discussed Awfis' performance, the evolving demand landscape, and the opportunities shaping the future of work. FY26 was a strong year for us. We reported revenue of ₹1,490 crore, EBITDA of ₹550 crore, and a PAT of ₹72 crore, alongside 35% growth in our co-working business and the addition of over 30,000 seats across our network. What stands out even more is the quality of growth. Our Partially Managed Office model is helping us expand with greater demand visibility and lower execution risk, while our managed aggregation partnerships continue to create a scalable path for growth. We are also seeing strong momentum from GCCs. More than 100 GCCs are part of the Awfis ecosystem today, contributing 23% of our business. Premiumisation is accelerating across our network, with increasing demand for Gold and Elite centres driving stronger realisations and enhancing customer experience. As India strengthens its position as a global capability hub, we believe this share could grow significantly over the coming years. The opportunity ahead is substantial, and we remain focused on building a workspace platform that is scalable, resilient, and aligned with the future needs of enterprises. Bharat Coking Coal Limited / BCCL made a strong debut on the markets, listing at a nearly 90% premium to its IPO price. A few data points highlight the depth of investor interest. Coal India divested a 10% stake through the OFS route, and the issue was oversubscribed 147 times, clearly reflecting the appetite for the stock. So what made this IPO stand out? First, the IPO was reasonably priced, leaving room for upside on listing. More importantly, BCCL is seen as a direct play on Atmanirbhar Bharat, with a clear strategy to scale domestic coking coal production & reduce India’s dependence on imported coal. While FY26 is expected to be a relatively weak year, the market is clearly looking beyond near-term softness & is encouraged by management’s long-term guidance. Management’s 2030 guidance is ambitious: • Volumes of 56mt • Revenues of ₹20,000 cr • EBITDA of ₹5,000 cr • PAT of ₹2,900 cr A key driver of profitability is the company’s focus on doubling the share of washed coal, which significantly improves margins. Washed coal delivers nearly thrice the EBITDA/tonne compared to raw coal, making this shift central to the earnings story. That said valuations are no longer cheap. At current levels, the stock is trading at 15 to 17x earnings, a sharp premium to Coal India’s valuation. Execution on volumes, washery expansion & margin improvement will now be closely watched. A strong listing is behind us. The real test begins with delivery. Coal India Limited Ministry of Coal - Official
