Megha Agarwal shared thisOne pattern keeps showing up when I look at some of the world's most successful companies. The founders started by solving a problem they understood deeply because they had lived it themselves. 1. Steve Jobs obsessed over creating technology that felt intuitive to use. 2. The Airbnb founders experienced the frustration of finding affordable places to stay during conferences, which eventually inspired their business. 3. Slack began as an internal communication tool before becoming a product used by millions of teams around the world. None of these ideas started with a market report. They started with a problem that felt worth solving. I find that fascinating because personal experience often creates a level of empathy that market research alone rarely delivers. When founders understand the problem first-hand, they tend to ask better questions, build with greater conviction, and stay committed even when the journey becomes challenging. While that may not guarantee success, it certainly creates a stronger foundation for product-market fit because the solution grows from lived experience rather than assumption. Sometimes the strongest businesses begin with a simple thought: "There has to be a better way." #marketing #brandstrategy #founders #innovation #productmarketfit

Megha Agarwal shared thisWhen a consumer is constantly surrounded by voices, the voice of trust becomes the most differentiating factor. That was one of the ideas I explored at the ET BrandEquity Summit 2026 while discussing how B2B and B2C marketing are increasingly converging. As technology makes content and execution easier to scale, trust becomes harder to build and increasingly valuable. Whether someone is choosing a consumer brand or an enterprise partner, the underlying question remains the same: can I trust you? For us, that trust is especially important because enterprise decisions go far beyond a transaction. They are built over time through consistency and the confidence that comes from knowing your partner can deliver. A great conversation and an important one for marketers to keep having. #tablespace #workreimagined #workspacereimagined #etbrandworldsummit #b2bmarketing #trustinbranding #marketing

Megha Agarwal shared thisThe workplace expectations of the next generation are already changing. Gen Z is expected to make up 30% of the global workforce by 2027. That makes understanding what they expect from a workplace an important enterprise conversation. For me, it comes down to the experience. They seek connection and peer learning. They want a workplace that gives them a reason to be there rather than simply a desk to sit at. The next generation of talent will shape how workplaces evolve, and enterprise workplaces need to evolve with them. #genz #futureofwork #workplaceexperience #enterpriseworkspace #workplacestrategy #talent

Megha Agarwal shared thisEvery organisation has stories that rarely make it into the usual business conversation. ‘The Open Space’ is our attempt at bringing some of those stories to the surface. A closer look at the thinking behind Table Space, it is a window into the minds that power us. Episode 1 looks at the People function with Dimple N Bakshi, CHRO, and explores the thinking behind a function that sits at the heart of our organisation. She shares her approach to leadership and the importance of leading from the front, offering a fascinating perspective on the people who shape the employee experience every day. For me, that is the value of creating a series like this. Leadership becomes easier to understand when we create space for honest conversations about the work behind the work. Stay tuned for Part 2. #theopenspace #tablespace #leadership #peopleandculture #culture #futureofwork

Megha Agarwal shared thisI recently stumbled upon something fascinating that several B2C brands are deploying with remarkable success. The Strategy - 'Intentionally Raw Advertising'. Brands like Sleepy Owl Coffee, IKEA, and Burger King have abandoned polished creative assets. Instead, they're running campaigns with unedited smartphone footage and deliberately imperfect content. 1. Sleepy Owl achieved 4x higher click-through rates with their mute video series. 2. IKEA used casual meme formats that felt like messages from a friend. 3. Burger King showed moldy Whoppers to highlight their real ingredients. We've been conditioned to expect corporate perfection in advertising. When raw, authentic content appears in your feed, it stands out completely. The audience perceives genuineness because the production feels human-made, almost accidental. The psychology behind it is natural. Our brains have learned to ignore polished ads. They feel manufactured, designed to manipulate. Raw content triggers trust because it appears real. Imperfection signals honesty in ways perfection simply cannot achieve. What excites me is that these brands understand something fundamental: audiences crave authenticity over aspiration. They choose brands showing genuine reality over carefully constructed fantasy. The future belongs to brands brave enough to embrace imperfection. #marketing #b2cbrandstrategy #brandmarketing

Megha Agarwal shared thisInterns are one of the biggest sources of fresh thinking an organisation can have. We recently had a group of interns join us, and they brought something every growing company needs: genuine curiosity paired with real work ethic. They challenged assumptions without worrying about hierarchy. They looked at familiar problems with completely fresh eyes. What struck me most was their willingness to take on tasks they'd never done before...learn on the go, and actually enjoy the process! These kids were comfortable experimenting with things beyond their formal education and genuinely eager to understand how things work. Several of them came from my alma mater, Amrita School of Business - Coimbatore which made the experience even more special. I know there's this narrative that Gen Z is lazy or difficult to train. Honestly, I don't get it. The two interns who worked closely with our marketing team brought a perspective that genuinely mattered to our work. They multitasked and genuinely went above and beyond. Yes, every generation has some people who coast, but that really doesn't define the whole group. What I witnessed was the opposite. If you're building a team, think of internships differently. Think of them as an opportunity to learn from people who see the world differently than you do. Sometimes the newest people in the room ask the questions that matter the most. #internships #generationz #leadership #futureofwork #talent

Megha Agarwal posted this#Hiring We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager at Table Space. This is not a narrow marketing role. We’re looking for someone who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution — shaping an SEO and AEO roadmap, managing the website, building campaigns, creating strong content, enabling sales and bringing events and brand activations to life. The ideal candidate has minimum 4 years of experience and has worked in a high-growth start-up, D2C brand, consumer technology company, SaaS business or another fast-moving environment. You should be someone who: • Takes complete ownership of projects • Understands digital, content, campaigns, websites and events • Can simplify complex propositions into clear communication • Is comfortable managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders • Uses data and insights to improve marketing effectiveness • Has the pace, curiosity and bias for action required to build a brand The role is based in Bengaluru. An MBA in Marketing is preferred, but strong relevant experience matters more than the degree. If you are a hands-on marketer who wants to build, experiment and create visible business impact, we would like to hear from you. Megha Agarwal shared thisThe conversation around managed workspaces has traditionally centred predominantly on flexibility - and rightly so. Flexibility remains a core pillar of why organisations choose managed workspaces. As enterprise demand continues to grow, the conversation is expanding from flexibility to flexibility with certainty. Organisations are looking for workplace partners who can scale with them across locations - not instead of flexibility, but alongside it. We see this reflected in our conversations with enterprise clients every day. The discussion has moved beyond lease terms and occupancy. Today, it is about the confidence that workplace infrastructure can keep pace with enterprise ambition. The future of managed workspaces will be shaped by operators who deliver flexibility plus enterprise-grade certainty. #b2bmarketing #flexibility #managedworkspace #growth

Megha Agarwal liked thisMegha Agarwal liked this"Don't compete where you can create." That was one of the many powerful takeaways from NOVA's "Eating the Big Fish" session with the brilliant Rajeev Malik. Over an engaging hour, our co-founder Megha Agarwal anchored a fantastic conversation that explored and brought out why challengers rarely win by playing the incumbent's game, how to identify blue oceans hidden in plain sight, and the discipline required to focus resources where they truly shift outcomes. Rajeev, Megha and the audience interactions brought out some interesting facts : 🔹 Not every battle deserves your budget. 🔹 Scale isn't always the strongest advantage. 🔹 The biggest opportunities often sit inside existing markets. 🔹 The smartest marketers don't just compete better. They redefine the game. A huge thank you to Rajeev for sharing practical frameworks, sharp insights and decades of marketing wisdom with the NOVA community. And thank you to everyone who joined the conversation. The goal was never to learn how to catch a bigger fish. It was to discover entirely new waters. 🚀 Stay tuned for NOVA's next event. What are you really selling; value or just a discount? Building a brand ≠ selling a product. The real task in brand building: - Define how your brand identity looks, sounds, and shows up. - Own your brand narrative before the market defines it for you. Priya ran marketing for a D2C skincare brand in Mumbai. She was very efficient. She was also completely invisible. Every week, her team used AI to churn out 30 posts. Every post looked clean. Polished. Professional. And every post could have been posted by any of her 12 competitors. Same fonts. Same captions. Same Canva templates. Here's the kicker: her engagement dropped 40% in 6 months. Not because she posted less. Because she stopped sounding like a human being. Her CEO called it "content on autopilot." I call it brand suicide at scale. Here's what she did differently after a brutal review: She started injecting her founder's actual stories: the messy ones. The returns crisis. The batch that smelled wrong. She stopped trying to sound "premium" and started sounding real. She gave her content a point of view, even a polarizing one. Month 1 of the new approach? Saves went up 3x. DMs doubled. AI can generate words. It cannot live your story. Your wins. Your screw-ups. Your specific lessons. That's your moat. Not your tools. My challenge to you: Read your last 5 posts and ask: "Could my competitor post this?" If yes, rewrite one of them with something only YOU know Add one real failure to your next piece of content What's one thing your brand does that NO tool can replicate? #PersonalBranding #ContentMarketing #AIMarketing #AskAnurag
