I'm running a workshop at UXINDIA 2026. Design-ops for AI-Ready UX Teams: From Chaos to Operating System at Rising Leaders Forum on 26 September in Bengaluru Three hours, and most of it is you working. You leave with six things you made rather than a page of notes: - a map of how your work actually flows, and where it breaks - a decision about what to automate, what to augment, and what stays yours - your own design-ops operating system, on paper - templates for research, design, documentation and review - a one-page case you can take to your manager on Monday - a 90-day plan It's built on three years of running a 40-person studio through this, including the parts that didn't work. Three of the stories in it are ones where we got it wrong. No tools catalogue. No prompt-writing class. No predictions about your job. It's a paper-first room so bring a real project you can map, and nothing else depends on the Wi-Fi. Thanks uxindiaconf (ux-india.org) and Kaladhar Bapu for the slot. See you in Bengaluru. https://ux-india.org #UXI26 #UXIndia
