Fans of Ryan Seacrest are speaking out over what they claim is his unrecognizable appearance after attending a charity event in Los Angeles this week.

The Wheel of Fortune host, 51, attended the 9th Annual UCLA Jonsson Cancer Center Foundation’s Taste For A Cure gala on Friday, May 1. Shortly after, an interview he conducted with PauseRewind was shared online, sparking an online debate about what has happened to his face.

“Did my guy get a lash lift?” one person on Instagram asked underneath the interview clip, to which another responded, “he got an everything lift.”

“IS HE OK??? WHO TF IS THAT????” a third stunned fan wrote under the video, while another commented: “Why is his face so sunken in?”

“Who’s [sic] face is he wearing?” a fifth added.

Critics continued to share their reactions on X, with one person writing, “Someone else hopped on Ozempic band wagon. It shows. He looks like Homer Simpson with no fat in his face.”

“What’s wrong with Ryan Seacrest? He is losing a lot of weight. His face is sunk in & they tried to cover it up with makeup but it makes it worse. HE looks sick,” another tweeted.

According to the Daily Mail, Seacrest made headlines in January for sporting a much more slender frame, causing fans to wonder then if he’d been using weight loss drugs like Ozempic.

The renewed curiosity about his appearance comes just weeks after the TV personality revealed he’s looking for love on Tinder, joking on air that he’s “so lonely” due to his single status.
