Made of Caribbean

About us

We are Sandals Resorts. We’ve always celebrated our home and everything that makes us quintessentially Caribbean. We've been proudly family-owned since 1981 , operating resorts across nine breathtaking islands - Jamaica, Antigua and Barbuda, Saint Lucia, The Bahamas, Turks and Caicos Islands, Grenada, Barbados, Curaçao and Saint Vincent and The Grenadines. We know the Caribbean because we are the Caribbean. Born and raised here, we love sharing our home with the world. Our deep knowledge of the region’s natural beauty and vibrant culture helps us bring guests closer. As we've grown, we've remained true to our founder's vision - to do things right and care for each other, our guests, and the islands we call home. Our resorts are home to over 18,000 team members who bring passion to every experience and help to create memories that last a lifetime. We celebrate our roots while charting a path in the Caribbean, in a way only we can. Because we are Sandals. We are Made of Caribbean.

  • The spirit of Jamaica was on full display in New Orleans during weekend one of the 2026 New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival. Our space showcased the island’s signature music, flavours and craftsmanship; from curated cocktails to live artisan demonstrations - creating an immersive cultural experience for all who visited. With design elements inspired by Dunn’s Rum Club and the charm of Blum Café, each touchpoint reflected the warmth and vibrancy of Jamaica. A strong start to the festival, with more moments ahead. • Our Corporate Director of Human Resources, Ryan Matthew, recently represented Sandals and Beaches at the 2026 MBJ Airports Limited Customer Experience (CX) Excellence Awards, where he delivered a presentation celebrating service excellence across the airport ecosystem. The awards recognise outstanding team members at Sangster International Airport whose service excellence enhances the passenger journey and strengthens stakeholder confidence. Sandals and Beaches is proud to be associated with Sangster International Airport, as it represents the very first touchpoint in a seamless, end-to-end guest experience. From arrival to resort transfer, every interaction matters—and together, they form a fully connected customer journey. Congratulations to the entire airport team, and thank you for your continued commitment to excellence.
