Banking institutions are already deploying agentic AI at scale, and BFSI ranks as one of the most committed sectors globally. But moving from early adoption to enterprise-wide deployment exposes a gap most governance frameworks weren't built for. Agents operate in milliseconds. By the time an anomaly surfaces through conventional monitoring, the action has already executed, the data has already been accessed, and the customer outcome may already be affected.
