    Today Michael Arougheti and I reported Q1 2026 results that reflect strong growth across Ares’ key financial metrics. AUM grew 18% year-over-year to $644 billion, management fees increased 22%, fee-related earnings grew 26% and realized income increased 24%. Our FRE-rich earnings profile, balance sheet light model and diversity of our AUM and investment strategies underscore the structural strength of our business and give us the ability to grow – often at an accelerating pace – through periods of market dislocation. We remain confident that we are on track to meet our financial objectives, with a large and growing base of AUM not yet paying fees, continued fundraising momentum across institutional and wealth channels and improving deployment conditions with our array of global strategies. Our fundraising momentum continued with approximately $30 billion in gross capital raised, up 46% year-over-year, and a new first quarter record for us. What stands out is the strength and resilience of our institutional fundraising franchise. Large investors are allocating with a long-term perspective and consolidating with managers they trust across cycles and strategies. Our diversified model – spanning global credit, real estate, infrastructure, secondaries and private equity – continues to position us well to be a trusted partner in any environment.     We are pleased to announce that funds led by Ares Infrastructure Opportunities have acquired a 32.4% stake in the Rover Pipeline from funds managed by Blackstone Energy Transition Partners.    Rover is a large-scale natural gas transmission pipeline spanning approximately 700 miles across Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio and Michigan and provides critical connectivity from the Appalachian Basin to high-value end markets across North America.     More on this announcement in the full press release: https://lnkd.in/exVvwvWv
