    Better sleep, sharper focus, brighter days ✨ We’re 6 months into our partnership with The Mindfulness App and the feedback from our members is clear: recovery and #MentalWellbeing matter just as much as movement. What we’re seeing: • Restful nights and more energized mornings through guided sleep content • Short breathwork and #mindfulness exercises that easily fit into busy days • A go to tool to reset, refocus and navigate stressful moments For many members, it’s no longer just an additional feature but part of their daily #wellbeing routine. At Urban Sports Club, our goal is to support wellbeing holistically. Movement, recovery and mental balance belong together and we’re excited to keep growing this together with Tekla Wannberg and our community.
