    @TimPost More like that the system also keeps track of a number that increases for the number of HNQ visits and a number that keeps track of the HNQ upvotes, and then subtracts that number from the real upvotes and visits before calculating the HNQ score. Doing it this way also prevents most abuse by serial voters Commented Oct 22, 2018 at 13:35
