This Privacy Policy governs your use of software application/s (“Application(s)) for mobile devices created by Shaun Coleman (Pipsqueak Games) (“We”, "Us" or “Our”).

We generally prefer to limit the information collected about users of our games. However as our games are free to play and rely on advertising to be viable, advertisements from third party ad networks may be displayed at various times. In order to deliver these advertisements, certain non-sensitive data may be collected. This information is automatically gathered, and could be considered personally identifiable in certain circumstances. All reasonable endeavours are used to ensure that these ad networks comply with all applicable legislation in the provision of their services.

The above ad network/s also provide us with anonymous information relating to ad performance, such as information relating to the number of ads requested, number of clicks, and revenue generated. This information is aggregated, meaning that it is not provided on an individual basis. It is only used by us for internal reporting and financial accounting purposes.

Note: We adjust all ad delivery settings available to us to ensure that only advertising suitable for general audiences is shown. If you believe you have been shown an inappropriate advertisement, please contact us via the email address provided at the end of this document and we will investigate the matter.
- Other third-party services:
While playing our Games you may optionally sign-in with third-party services such as Apple Game Center or Google Play Games to access features such as Achievements, Leaderboards, and saving your game progress online. By doing so you allow our Games to access your player nickname or player ID and upload your Game progress information. To provide Cloud Save Games the Game may upload or download save game data to or from the Cloud Storage provided by the third-party service.
Age Limits:
If you are under 13 years of age or a minor in your country of residence, please ask your legal guardian’s permission to play Our games. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If a user identifies himself or herself as a child under the age of 13 through a support request, we will not collect, store or use, and will delete in a secure manner, any personal information provided to Us by such user.
