it's always been buggy, but can't log in or load since last update. it never finishes loading the clubs, messages in my inbox, matches for current or RSVP. tried all of the debugging things that they recommended, including reinstalling now I can't even log back in because it never stops loading when you click login. can't find a place to send an email, and their feedback / debug is worthless since it just keeps loading and never sends. I can't believe I sent them money

I just have one suggestion so far: please enable ratings and reviews for the clubs. I play pickleball with a group of friends, and we enjoy checking out new courts within a reasonable distance. It would be helpful to see how others rate their facilities, location, queueing efficiency, and overall vibe (e.g., is it welcoming, or are the regulars overly competitive?) before we make the decision to go.

This app is great. it's easy to use and quite user friendly. However, it still needs improvements on settings or security. I dont want any strangers to keep invite me to their game session. There needs to have option to only allow friends to invite me. It feels like full of spam invitation to games or groups. Needs more security settings, etc

What’s new

We've officially smoothed out the DUPR integration! You can connect your account again without the login breaking, and submitting matches is much faster. We also welcomed new communities across Canada, the USA, the Philippines, Germany, Indonesia, Taiwan, and Vietnam.
On the technical side, we fixed those silent match submission failures and cleaned up how your ratings sync behind the scenes.
