Carrier Services

So, I understand that many people are undergoing the same issue, but I would REALLY like a fix to this ongoing problem I've had since the last update. Whenever I open my messages app, I keep getting warnings that messages aren't going to work properly unless I update this app. Oddly, when I check there is no clear update available. It's aggravating because it sometimes prevents me from texting for certain periods of time, even when I have excellent Internet. Please resolve this irritating issue.

not sure why the complaints are so negative about this app , the main thing it does is keep the Cellular service connected to the closest Cell towers, it has nothing to do with spying etc and it has no negative setbacks to using your phone,tablet . it keeps your service connected that is all it has absolutely no other functions, if you have issues with your phone it's not this app causing it, it is your Service carriers coverage that's is impacting your connection etc . research this application

Ever since I woke up today, my phone's been sending these notifications urging me to update Google play services, or else a handful of vital apps/services won't run! So, I go to Google play services on the Play store and uninstall it to reinstall it back to update! The notifications persisted despite me updating it. Second time! Errors showed up unable to install it back. At some point, the app did reinstall! But guess what? These notifications still show up as I'm typing this...
