The coupon rewards alone are worth it. I've told multiple people about it now so I figured I should do a review as well. I've also had to speak to customer service when I had issues receiving my rewards and they're super helpful! I definitely recommend it. edit: it would help a lot to have a way to report a mistake in the points given. sometimes it may miss an item if you bought multiple.

The app has not worked since I installed it. I have uninstalled it, reinstalled it and have just about given up. I've spent roughly $400 this year on Purina products. I've reached out to Purina and been told to try to use the computer version and upload receipts that way. What's the point of an app if it doesn't work. Unfortunately my cats like the products. I will continue to buy them. however, the app has absolutely zero benefit for me.

I downloaded this app because I buy a lot of dog food and cat litter. Wasn't sure if it would be useful or not, but since prices keep rising I needed all the help I can get. I did the pet profiles without a lot of trouble. uploading receipts can be challenging and I've learned to hold on to my receipt until I'm sure it wasn't rejected. I tried following the digital upload according to the instructions but it rejected it and I didn't check back before it was too late. Lesson learned.
