Poor customer service, and reneges on its obligation to deliver your complete order. Don't even bother ordering from this app, if you chance upon a missing food item, their CSR will just offer you a reimbursement of the missing food item via a digital gift check without even considering the time and delivery expense it took the customer to place an order. I am currently filing a complaint with DTI for this because they are not taking these complaints seriously.

3/1/2026 Unresponsive, Laggy and outdated. You guys should update the App for us users to use it properly and efficient. The crucial part is the order rating page where I am stucked on a loading screen; now the problem was the live tracking in the app that doesn't load. UPGRADE YOUR APP GUYS! 3/21/2026 Still web-based app. The Map of the rider coming to the store to pick up the orders are always crashing; do you mind to fix it? WTH? It's important for us to track our orders on-time!

First time using the app and the experience is very bad. My order was marked as delivered but the driver did not show up. I requested a refund but the chat automatically ended. I lost my money.
