Position Summary: The Multi Skilled Studio Operator supports live and pre-recorded productions by performing a variety of operational roles across the studio, gallery, and on-location environments. This includes operating studio graphics, auto-cue, the SQ machine, and supporting floor and camera operations. The operator works closely with directors, producers, presenters, and technical teams to ensure smooth, high-quality delivery of content. This role requires strong attention to detail, quick thinking, and the ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining studio safety, technical accuracy, and production flow. Key Responsibilities: Studio & Gallery Operations ·        Operate and manage broadcast systems, including teleprompt/Autocue, video playout systems such as Icommand and Mosart, and graphics playout or template graphics systems like Vizrt. ·        Record and manage media content via the Icommand machine, ensuring correct files are available for playout. ·        Ensure that programme scripts and run downs are updated and uploaded into the Autocue system. ·        Monitor and execute accurate graphics and visual inserts during transmission. ·        Listen and respond promptly to instructions from the Director and gallery team. ·        Perform daily system checks on software and hardware to identify and troubleshoot technical issues. ·        Resolve or escalate system failures related to on-air graphics, playout, and other broadcast elements to ensure smooth live transmissions. Floor Management & On-Location Support ·        Act as Floor Manager, overseeing guest movements, managing crew coordination, and maintaining floor discipline. ·        Assist cameramen on the studio floor and in field locations with setup, rigging, and movement. ·        Liaise with production teams to prepare for guests’ arrival and ensure studio floor is set up according to plans. ·        Enforce floor plans and health & safety protocols, ensuring all personnel are briefed and safe. Technical Maintenance & Quality Control ·        Perform equipment checks before each shift or OB deployment to ensure operational readiness. ·        Report any technical issues or failures to engineering or line managers. ·        Load and reload media and graphic elements in response to live production changes. General Support & Collaboration ·        Support gallery and studio teams in the delivery of multiple production types (news, talk shows, entertainment, etc.). ·        Carry out any other relevant duties assigned by the line manager to support production efficiency.

شبكة التلفزيون العربي تحصد 17 جائزة في الدورة 45 من جوائز تيلي العالمية، شملت جوائز ذهبية وفضية وبرونزية، بالإضافة إلى جائزة اختيار الجمهور. في فئة الوثائقيات، حصدت عدة أعمال من إنتاج إدارة البرامج جوائز متعددة، حيث نال فيلم "غزة... طفولة مسلوبة" جائزة اختيار الجمهور الذهبية، بالإضافة إلى الجائزة البرونزية. كما فاز وثائقي "داخل عقل ترامب" بجائزة ذهبية، في حين حصد برنامج "أمريكا خارج الصندوق" الجائزة الفضية في فئة السلسلة المحدودة. أما بقية الجوائز فتوزعت على عدة فئات؛ إذ حصل قسم البرومو على 6 جوائز عن حملات لبرامج تبث على قناة العربي 2، بينما حصل القسم الإبداعي على 6 جوائز، منها 4 في مجالات الغرافيكس ثنائي وثلاثي الأبعاد، وجائزتان ذهبية وفضية في فرع الواقع الافتراضي عن برنامج "ترسانة" المنتج من طرف قسم الديجيتال. تج��ر الإشارة إلى أن جوائز تيلي تعد من أبرز الجوائز الدولية التي تكرم التميّز في إنتاج المحتوى التلفزيوني والرقمي، وقد استقطبت هذه الدورة أكثر من 12000 مشاركة من مختلف أنحاء العالم.   Alaraby TV Network won 17 awards at the 45th edition of the prestigious Telly Awards, including gold, silver, and bronze honours, as well as the Audience Choice Award. In the documentary category, several productions by the Programs Department were recognized. The film “Gaza... A Stolen Childhood” received both the Gold Audience Choice Award and a Bronze Award. The documentary “Inside Trump’s Mind” earned a Gold Award, while the program “America Outside the Box” won a Silver Award in the Limited Series category. The remaining awards spanned various categories. The Promo Department received six awards for campaigns promoting shows on Alaraby 2. Meanwhile, the Creative Department earned six awards including four for 2D and 3D graphics, and two (Gold and Silver) in the Virtual Reality category for the program “Tersana”, produced by the Digital Department. It is worth noting that the Telly Awards are among the most prestigious international honoursrecognizing excellence in television and digital content production.
