About Memory Ngulube

Memory Ngulube joined Screen Rant in April 2024 as part of the Movies and TV team. Since then, she has written for the Perennials and Streaming team, covering a wide range of topics from new releases to old movies and TV shows. Memory is currently a Classic TV writer.

Before joining Screen Rant, Memory was a freelance copywriter who specialized in email marketing and social media management. While she enjoyed her job, her true passion was always movies and TV.

When she isn’t writing for Screen Rant, Memory can be found reading, baking (which is one of her passions), or watching her favorite K-drama.

Favorite Media

While Memory loves movies and TV shows, her true passion has always been reading. From a young age, you could always find her curled up in a corner with her nose in a book. Her favorite book, Harry Potter and the Order of Phoenix, played a huge role in the type of media she consumes.

Memory loves fantasy, with Arcane, Blood of Zeus, and Avatar The Last Airbender being some of her favorites. Although most of the media she consumes is in the fantasy genre, Memory also enjoys procedurals, particularly medical dramas like The Pitt, The Good Doctor, This Is Going to Hurt, and Grey’s Anatomy.

She’s also a huge fan of anime and grew up watching K-dramas, and will watch anything Gong Yoo, Park Seo-joon, and Park Min-young star in.

Industry Focus

Memory began her writing journey in 2021 and mostly focused on copywriting. In 2024, she joined Screen Rant as a Movies and TV contributor. She’s since worked on different segments, including Streaming and Perennials, covering topics such as Squid Game, K-dramas, and crime dramas.

Currently, Memory is part of the Classics TV team and covers topics ranging from completed K-dramas to fantasy and science fiction TV shows. She also occasionally writes news topics for New TV.
