About Rob Sperduto

Rob Sperduto is a Contributor for Screen Rant, covering Classiv TV. He's covered film, TV, and video games for 5 years, combining sharp editorial judgment with a storyteller’s eye. Known for his insightful analysis and clear voice, Rob helps audiences understand not just what’s trending, but why it matters. He is always looking for the next great story across all media.

Rob is also a content strategist, and his work can be seen across The Direct, Attack of the Fanboy, We Got This Covered, and Pro Game Guides.

Favorite Media

Rob is plagued with having too many hobbies and not enough time to spend interacting with them all.

Rob turns to LOST as his favorite show, as it exposed him to character-driven drama with mystery, suspense, and bold narrative structure. Through LOST, Rob developed a love for characters who are pained and broken, yet are just trying to do their best. The Leftovers is a close second.

During down time, Rob is either at the cinema, reading sci-fi/fantasy, binging sitcoms, or playing a narrative-driven video game.

Industry Focus

Rob has been a professional since 2020. He started out as a freelance writer in games journalism. Rapidly, Rob advanced to a Staff Writer, and then a Managing Editor focusing on building strong, passionate, and efficient newsrooms. For the past two years, Rob leads content strategy across multiple websites, building new verticals for enthusiastic audiences.
