Today, we’re spotlighting Syllotips - AI startup building agents that turn employee knowledge into scalable enterprise intelligence. 👤 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 Syllotips is led by a strong founding team combining AI, engineering, and operational expertise. Giorgio Barnabò, PhD, a former Amazon Alexa AI scientist with a PhD in AI and a background in quantitative finance, personally closed six high-profile clients in the company’s first 12 months. Simone Silvestri is a full-stack engineer with experience at Ericsson and startups, bringing deep telecom expertise. Leonardo Martini is a Harvard University postdoctoral researcher with a PhD in Data Science, focused on driving operational excellence. The founders are first-time entrepreneurs but bring credibility from Big Tech, top universities, and early customer wins. 🚀 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐰𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 We backed Syllotips because it is reimagining how organizations capture and use knowledge. Most companies rely on static tools that quickly become outdated or AI tools that lack internal context. Syllotips solves both by building a living memory system that improves with every interaction. We believe this creates a powerful combination of immediate user value, scalable adoption, and long-term defensibility. ⚡𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐧𝐨𝐰 The market is reaching an inflection point for enterprise AI adoption. Large platforms have popularized copilots, but they still struggle to retain company-specific knowledge and context - creating a clear need for Syllotips’ solution. At the same time, enterprise AI budgets are expanding, and regulated industries such as telecom, insurance, and financial services increasingly need tools that improve documentation, compliance, and operational efficiency. 🤝 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐠𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬 Syllotips is built for global enterprises by turning fragmented knowledge across teams and tools into a unified, AI-driven memory layer that scales across regions and workflows. #EnterpriseAI #FutureOfWork #B2BSaaS #CrossBorderInnovation Azimut Libera Impresa The Techshop SGR Techstars InnovUp Italian Tech Alliance CDP Cassa Depositi e Prestiti Zest Group Invitalia IICCI - The Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Shwetank Verma Rajul Garg Gaganpreet Luthra Dinesh Singh Ravi Srivastava Olga Balakina Henry Goodwin Madhusmita Das

Apparently only ~2% of VC firms make it to fund 4 and beyond - effectively the same odds as a startup! The report finds 5 traits of successful firms: 1. Partnership dynamics 2. Solid investment process 3. Entrepreneurially minded 4. Congruence! - the whole fits together 5. Succession plans from day Well worth reading for all emerging and yet to be formed VC managers. #venturecapital #fundraising #LP

Together with Byro Legal Ltd. and Sullivan & Worcester LLP, Leo Capital we hosted Beyond the Delaware Flip event in Helsinki. Thank you Julius Matilainen, Heikki Lindroos and Joonas Aho (and his crew from NYC) for leading the discussion and bringing in real-world examples. A few takeaways that kept coming up: - The US flip is rarely about tax - it’s about access (capital, talent, IPO readiness) - There is no “one right structure” - timing and context matters more than templates - Early decisions compound, especially in fundraising and governance Also, almost every answer started with “it depends” - which, honestly, is the most accurate answer when every case is different. 😀 Looking forward to continuing the conversation.

Big news. Bigger momentum. 🎉 We’re proud to announce that Thomas Abraham is now Co-founder & Chief Revenue Officer at Zeeve. Thomas has been with us since the early days as an advisor, and over the last 3 years as CRO, he has played a pivotal role in shaping our enterprise trajectory, from building deep institutional relationships to driving our US expansion and strengthening our global positioning. This isn’t a title change. It’s a recognition of founder-level ownership and long-term commitment. As we double down on building enterprise-grade blockchain infrastructure for banks and financial institutions, Thomas will continue to lead our global growth and partnerships. Today, we’re spotlighting Teleship - Cross-border logistics infrastructure for eCommerce 👤 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 Antoine Mosneron Dupin, Teleship’s dynamic sole founder, is a French-Belgian operator with a business and economics background. He began in business development at Sony before spending 8 years at Amazon, including 6 years leading cross-border logistics in Europe and managing Brexit-related challenges. He played a key role in building post-Brexit UK-EU logistics systems by setting up 0→1 processes, hiring tech teams, and forming partnerships with freight forwarders and 3PLs, demonstrating strong founder-market fit in cross-border logistics. 🚀 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐰𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 The decision was driven by the large and fast-growing market opportunity and a strong founder-market fit. Teleship solves cross-border logistics problems by simplifying global shipping for SMEs through a DDP-first model, automated compliance and transparent pricing - directly solving key friction points like duties, delays, and poor checkout conversion. ⚡𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐧𝐨𝐰 Teleship sits at the intersection of increased internet penetration, enabling faster cross-border demand, greater complexity in customs and duties policies and a new generation of consumers expecting convenience and speed. Together, these shifts are accelerating global eCommerce and making seamless cross-border logistics essential, positioning the company to benefit from sustained, long-term growth. 🤝𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐔–𝐔𝐒 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐨𝐫 By addressing one of the most complex and high-volume cross-border trade lanes with a fully integrated logistics stack, Teleship simplifies transatlantic shipping by handling customs, duties, and compliance (including DDP), which are typically fragmented between the EU and US. It allows eCommerce brands to sell across the EU-US corridor as easily as they would domestically, by abstracting regulatory complexity, standardizing pricing, and offering real-time tracking. #CrossBorderCommerce #LogisticsTech #EcommerceGrowth #StartupFunding London Venture Capital Network UK Business Angels Association UK Private Capital Grow London British Business Bank U.S. Small Business Administration Great North Ventures National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Shwetank Verma Rajul Garg Gaganpreet Luthra Dinesh Singh Ravi Srivastava Olga Balakina Henry Goodwin Madhusmita Das
