Refunds

Are refunds available?

Monthly Subscriptions When cancelling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with your subscription will be cancelled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund; however your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current billing period.

Quarterly Subscriptions When cancelling a quarterly (3-month) subscription, all future charges associated with your subscription will be cancelled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund; however your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current billing period.

Semi-Annual Subscriptions For subscriptions purchased before July 9, 2026: When cancelling a 6-month subscription, your subscription and other subscriber benefits will end immediately upon your cancellation and you will receive a refund prorated to the effective date of your cancellation. If you cancel within the final 30 days of your 6-month subscription, the cancellation will not take effect until the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund; however your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current billing period.

For subscriptions purchased on or after July 9, 2026: If you cancel a 6-month subscription within the first 5 months of your subscription, your subscription and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you will not receive a refund. To receive a refund prorated to the effective date of your cancellation, you must cancel by contacting our call center; refunds are not available for subscriptions cancelled online. If you cancel within the final 30 days of your 6-month subscription, the cancellation will not take effect until the end of your current billing period and you will not receive a refund.

Annual Subscriptions *For subscriptions purchased before July 9, 2026:*If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 11 months of your subscription, your subscription and other subscriber benefits will end immediately upon your cancellation and you will receive a refund prorated to the effective date of your cancellation. If you cancel within the final 30 days of your 12-month subscription, the cancellation will not take effect until the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund; however your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we do issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

Email Address Previously Registered

I would like to subscribe, but I get an error when entering my email address?

If you would like to subscribe using an already registered email address, please select the ‘Sign In’ option on the order page. Sign in with your email address and password, and this will allow you to continue your purchase.

If you have forgotten your password, use the link on the sign-in screen to recover it. An email will be sent with instructions to reset your password. If you need further assistance, please call Customer Service at 1-(800)-JOURNAL (568-7625) or 609-514-0870.

Is that your best rate?

Our introductory prices are our lowest available rates, and are available only to new subscribers.

When will my price change?

At the end of the introductory term, your subscription will automatically renew each month at the standard price for your package. Please select the package you're interested in to see the rates available for that package

This offer is only available in the contiguous U.S. and may be withdrawn at any time. Sales tax may apply. Introductory offers are only available for first time households or customers who have not subscribed within 180 days.

Please note that your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel prior to renewal. Our secure server software encrypts information to protect your transaction.
