Keep in mind before troubleshooting sign in issues

If you're having trouble signing in to your Merchant Center account, ensure that you're using the correct email address and password. Common login credential error causes include:

  • Caps lock is enabled when you input your login email address or password.
  • You’ve mistyped a character or replaced it with another character (for example, the letter O was interchanged with the number 0).

  1. Check your email and password if they’re correct.
    • If you have more than one Merchant Center login, make sure to use the correct credentials for the current Merchant Center account ID.
  2. For forgotten passwords, follow these steps to change or reset your password.
  3. Contact us to change your sign-in email address, as you won't be able to change your sign-in email directly.
  4. If your email and password are correct, try to delete your browser's cookies and cache before you access Merchant Center again.
  5. Enable SSL 2.0 and cookies and confirm that any automatic configuration scripts or proxies that you're using aren't disabling cookies. Learn how to Turn cookies on or off.
Note: If you receive an error stating that you don't have access to Merchant Center, check Google Workspace to inspect if you have enabled access. Further, you can contact your company's Google Workspace administrators and ensure that your email ID is enabled for you to access the Merchant Center.
