YouTube XR is a dedicated application built specifically for visionOS. It offers an enhanced YouTube experience tailored for the spatial computing capabilities of the Apple Vision Pro.

How to install the app
The YouTube app for Apple Vision Pro is available as a free download.
- Open the App Store on your Apple Vision Pro.
- Tap Search and enter "YouTube".
- Download the “YouTube for visionOS” application.
Navigating the app
You can browse and control the app using the Apple Vision Pro's hand and eye tracking. This allows for seamless browsing of your subscriptions, watch history, and personalized recommendations.
Paid content and subscriptions
You do not need a YouTube Premium subscription to use the app. However, purchasing content or subscribing to Premium is not currently supported inside the YouTube app on Apple Vision Pro. To subscribe or purchase content, you must use YouTube on a web browser or the mobile app.
