This was forecasted a couple of days ago for heavy rain there. People just don't heed the warnings. Problem is People say, oh it won't happen, it never does. Take it from someone in Florida, Ian was supposed to hit Tampa. Yup, NOT hit SW Florida at the last minute. weather

Super close to home. I hope people come out of that alive. Utah got so much rain this last week I bet we see alot more flooding across Utah, Nevada, and Arizona.
