Today Michael Arougheti and I reported Q1 2026 results that reflect strong growth across Ares’ key financial metrics. AUM grew 18% year-over-year to $644 billion, management fees increased 22%, fee-related earnings grew 26% and realized income increased 24%. Our FRE-rich earnings profile, balance sheet light model and diversity of our AUM and investment strategies underscore the structural strength of our business and give us the ability to grow – often at an accelerating pace – through periods of market dislocation. We remain confident that we are on track to meet our financial objectives, with a large and growing base of AUM not yet paying fees, continued fundraising momentum across institutional and wealth channels and improving deployment conditions with our array of global strategies.
