How will I know if a chat uses AI from Meta?
The chat will begin with the disclosure, “This business uses AI from Meta to generate messages.”
Is there a chance for chats using AI from Meta to give the wrong answer?
While generative AI is advanced and sophisticated technology, it is still evolving. AI from Meta has limitations and as such, some answers and responses in chats that are AI-generated may be inaccurate or inappropriate. All guidance provided by AI from Meta are suggestions and do not guarantee any particular outcome.
How do I give feedback on the responses I receive?
You will have the ability to provide feedback on the accuracy of answers provided and the quality of your overall experience. These messages and your feedback may be used to improve AI at Meta. You can do this by using /feedback to trigger the feedback submission.
How do I delete my chats?
There's a command you can type into the chat that will delete the current conversation for you, Meta, and the business.

How can I see or download my chats?
You can save a copy of your chat using a command that you can type into the chat. The AI will send you a link to download the current conversation. Don't forget that you'll need to download this information if you want a copy of it before you delete or close the chat.
